Inner Connections Coaching & Counseling provides supportive, individualized counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Counseling services are designed to help clients improve emotional wellness, strengthen coping skills, build healthier relationships, and work through life challenges in a supportive therapeutic environment.
Counseling services are available through secure telehealth for eligible clients located in Georgia, Ohio, and Indiana.
Free Counseling Consult
A complimentary 15-minute counseling consultation is required before scheduling an initial counseling session. This brief consultation provides an opportunity to discuss what brings you to counseling, ask questions about services, review general scheduling and payment information, and determine whether Inner Connections Coaching & Counseling may be an appropriate fit for your needs.
After the consultation, eligible clients will receive information about the next steps for intake, required forms, and scheduling their first counseling appointment.

Individual Counseling
Individual counseling provides a private space to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, anger, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
Child & Adolescent Counseling
Counseling for children and teens may address emotional, behavioral, social, school, and family concerns. Sessions may include coping skills, emotional regulation, communication strategies, play-based interventions, and parent or caregiver involvement when appropriate.
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling supports partners in improving communication, resolving conflict, strengthening connection, developing healthier relationship patterns, and working through relationship challenges.
Family Counseling
Family counseling helps families improve communication, reduce conflict, strengthen relationships, establish healthier boundaries, and navigate family changes or ongoing concerns together.
Parent & Caregiver Consultation
Parent and caregiver consultations provide support with parenting strategies, communication, routines, boundaries, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, and ways to reinforce treatment goals at home.
